For all registrants who register prior to April 24th, your badge will be mailed to you on Saturday, April 24th. For those who register online after Friday April 23rd, the onsite fees will be in effect and your badge will be held for you at the door for pick-up. The Digital Hollywood pre-registration desk will be located at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel - starting Monday, May 3rd at 9:30 AM.
For all non-US attendees,
your badge will be held at the door for pick-up.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, registration fee will be refunded if written notice is received by April 15th, 2010 and is subject to a $50 processing fee. If notice is received after April 15th, fee will be applied toward a future standalone Digital Hollywood event.
