(4) Non-SBCA Members who wish to register for the Sunday, September 26, SBCA Workshop in addition to your Digital Hollywood registration - Total Fee is $764.
(5) SBCA Sunday Workshop Only - $179 (does not include admission to Digital Hollywood or SBCA Luncheon on Tuesday)

Registration must be received by Friday, September 17, 2004 to qualify for reduced rates. Thereafter, the on-site fees are in effect. Foreign registrant badges will be held at the Pre-registration Desk at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel starting Monday, September 27, 2004 for pick-up. Registrations are Non-Transferrable.

Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, registration fee will be refunded if written notice is received by September 8, 2004 and is subject to a $50 processing fee. If notice is received after September 8, fee will be applied toward a future Digital Hollywood. Program is Subject to Change.

Exhibit Hours Monday, September 27, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Tuesday, September 28, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Wednesday, September 29, 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM. Exhibits only attendance will be limited.
