Discount Registration: Registration must be received by September 22, 2002 to qualify for reduced rates. Thereafter, the on-site fees are in effect. Foreign registrant badges will be held at the Pre-registration Desk at the Crystal Gateway Marriott Hotel starting Monday, Oct. 14, 2002 for pick-up. Registrations are Non-Transferrable.

Tickets will be mailed 10 days prior to the event. Please make your conference ticket and hotel reservations early. This event is expected to sell out.

Cancellation In the event of cancellation, registration fee will be refunded if written notice is received by September 15, 2002 and is subject to a $50 processing fee. If notice is received after September 15, fee will be applied toward a future COSTO event. Program is Subject to Change.
