Registrations received by Friday, November 17, 2006 qualified for the discount. Thereafter, on-site fees are in effect. All registrants will receive a faxed receipt the day you register. Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, registration fee will be refunded if written notice is received by November 1, 2006 and is subject to a $25 processing fee. If notice is received after November 1, fee will be applied toward a future Digital Hollywood. Program is Subject to Change.
