Special Discount Registration Fees
All-Event - Digital Hollywood Ticket - Per Person - Does Not Include the Variety Summit
Covers all-events all days - seatiing is first-come-first served
All Badges will read - Your Name, Title Etc., on an All-Event Ticket
$95 - Layed-Off
$135 - Self-Employed Production, Technology, Legal or Start-Up - no more than 2 employees)
$75 - Students (in groups of 5 or More - See instructions below)
$300 - Small Companies - Technology or Entertainment Startup (Under 5 Employees) - (VC - Corporate Funded) The difference between the Self-Employed Production and Small Company - Small Companies are incorporated, have offices and a small staff. Self-Employed are less formal.
$465 - Technology or Entertainment Startup (Under 10 Employees - VC - Corporate Funded)
$75 - Individual Dinner Ticket
$100 - EPPS Member - All-Event

Variety Summit - if you would like to attend the Variety Summmit - Add $100 to the above prices - and indicate it in the Info Box below - on the form page that you register on - you will be charged one of the above fees plus $100.

Email Connections to Speakers and Attendees: To help facilitate person-to-person communication at the conference, we will assign an email address to registered attendees - yourfirstname.yourlastname@digitalhollywood.org - click here to register - this email will be forwarded to the email account you indicate. Do not use this service for solicitation, cc:ing, bcc:ing, for contacting more than one person at at time or any commercial purpose. It is available ONLY to registered attendees at Digital Hollywood events. We humbly request that these rules be followed. If it is used improperly, the sender will be reported to the appropriate Internet authorities. Note: Lists of attendees, speakers etc. with emails will not be supplied. This "Email Connection" will gain in value as the conference process begins and continues to future events.

Discount Registration: For all registrants who register prior to Saturday, May 23rd, your badge will be mailed to you on Saturday, May 23rd. For those who register after Friday, May 22nd, your badge will be held for you at the door for pick-up. The Digital Hollywood pre-registration desk will be located at the Ritz Carlton one flight down from the Lobby - starting Monday, May 2nd at 9:30 AM. For all non-US attendees, your badge will be held at the door for pick-up.

Press Registration - Online Press Registration is now closed. All Press Registration will be onsite, starting on Monday, May 2nd at 9 AM. Press credentials are available to "Working Press Only." Please note that because a majority of the attendees to Digital Hollywood are executives from various media-related, entertainment and financial companies, we must limit "press" to Trade and Consumer Working Press only.

Cancellation In the event of cancellation, registration fee will be refunded if written notice is received by April 1st, 2011 and is subject to a $50 processing fee. If notice is received after April 1st, fee will be applied toward a future standalone Digital Hollywood event. Program is Subject to Change.

Student Attendees: For Full-Time Students, Digital Hollywood offers a group discount - minimum group is 5 - The All-Event ticket is $75 per person. Please organize your group- Photo ID to be submitted with Registration forms - Create a form for each student - Name, Title, Organization, Payment via check or Credit Card - and send it to us at one time.
