Saul Berman, Global Strategy & Change Leader, IBM: Saul J. Berman is the Global Strate gy & Change Services Leader at IBM Global Business Services (GBS). Previously, he was the Global Lead Strategy Partner for the Media & Entertainment practice. Prior to joining IBM, Saul was the Global Strategic Change Leader at PwC Consulting. He was also previously with The Boston Consulting Group, and a divisional Vice President with Broadway Department Stores and an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Southern California. Dr. Berman has more than 25 years of consulting experience advising senior management of large corporate and start-up organizations. He has directed engagements addressing issues of strategy, organization, and operations. He has worked extensively on issues of competitive positioning, differentiation, tnew business plans & strategies, new business models, growth, operational & cost improvement, operations/manufacturing strategy, organizational design and enterprise transformation. His clients have included most of the major media companies as well as internet companies, telecommunication companies, consumer goods manufacturers, retailers and automotive companies in the United States, Japan, Europe and Australia. Dr. Berman holds a Ph.D. in Management and Information Systems and a MBA in Production Systems and Operations Research from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University in New York. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. Dr. Berman is a frequent speaker to industry and strategic planning organizations such as the Consumer Electronics Association, McGraw Hill Media Summit, the National Association of Broadcasters, and Digital Hollywood. Dr Berman was named as one of the Top 25 Consultants of 2005 by Consulting Magazine and he is an editorial advisory board member for Strategy & Leadership Magazine.
Renee J Plato, Vice President Digital Video Distribution, ABC/ Disney/ ESPN Media Netwo rks: Renee Plato is vice president, digital video distribution for Disney and ESPN Media Networks. In her position, Plato oversees the growing multiplatform distribution efforts of The Walt Disney Company and ESPN network properties such as ABC, ABC News, Disney Channel, ABC Family, ESPN and ESPN3.com. Ms. Plato is responsible for distribution of the networks through affiliate partner digital channels such as broadband, electronic sell through, ITV, VOD, Over The Top, widgets and other emerging technology platforms whose focus is digital video. Prior to her move to ESPN, Plato was the senior director of business development at Sony BMGs Global Distribution Group in New York. She also served as the Director of Digital and Mobile Business at Universal Music Group in Toronto, Canada.
Vineet Madan, Vice President, Learning Ecosystems at The McGraw-Hill Companies: Vineet currently leads the Learning Ecosystems group at McGraw-Hill Education focused on developing breakthrough digital products and services to optimize faculty, student and institutional workflows in the higher education marketplace. One of the first offerings released is GradeGuru, an online student learning community site. From 2006 through 2009, Vineet served as Vice President and global head of strategy and corporate development for McGraw-Hill Education (MHE), a $2.5B segment of The McGraw-Hill Companies. In that role Vineet has been helping lead MHEs digital transformation leading product and market strategy efforts across K-12, assessment, higher education and international resulting in the launch of new digital products and services with annual revenues exceeding $50+MM/year. Vineet joined McGraw-Hill in 2005 as a Senior Director in Corporate Strategy. Prior to joining The McGraw-Hill Companies, Vineet spent five years at the global management consulting firm of Booz Allen Hamilton (now Booz & Co.) where he received the firms highest awards for both excellence in client service and leadership in community service. His work there focused on strategy development, implementation, and business process reengineering for media, high tech, healthcare and financial services clients. Earlier, Vineet was a vice president at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., where he held a series of escalating responsibilities spanning information systems management, credit risk, call center operations, product development and marketing. He currently serves on the Board of the Education division of the Software Information Industry Association (SIIA) and was previously a Board observer at HotChalk. Over the past few years he has been a feature speaker or panelist at a number of venues including the New York Times, SIIA Ed Tech Business Forum, National Principals Leadership Institute and Social Media Week. Vineet holds a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering from Columbia University and a MBA, with honors, in finance and economics from Columbia Universitys Graduate School of Business. Vineet has also completed the High Potentials Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.

Matt Jones, VP of Mobile Strategy and Operations, Gannett Digital Network: Matt Jones is Vice President, Mobile Strategy and Operations for Gannett. He is responsible for all mobile and wireless initiatives of Gannett's 105 domestic local print and broadcast properties and USA TODAY. He manages a variety of products, services and applications including 100+ mobile web sites, Gannett's mobile advertising network, USA TODAY's award winning iPhone, iPad and Android applications and Gannett's partnership with 4INFO, a leading mobile services company. He is a member of the founding team of the Pearl Mobile DTV Company, Gannett's strategic joint venture effort to promote the adoption of mobile television and data services. He manages strategic partnerships with Apple, Google, Verizon Wireless, AT&T and other leading mobile ecosystem companies
Russell P. Reeder, President and CEO, LibreDigital, Inc.,: Russell P. Reeder was previous ly president and COO of NxTV, which was named to the Inc. magazine Fast 500 list in 2007. In 2000, Reeder founded RightsLine, Inc., a company that provides the most-used Software as a Service (SaaS) legal copyright licensing system in the media and entertainment industries. Reeder also spent over 12 years in technology sales and software development roles at companies such as Oracle, American Management Systems, and Mobil Oil. Reeder holds a bachelor of science degree from James Madison University. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization, and in 2005 was named Entrepreneur of the Year by the Southern California Software Council.
